With private driveway, carport and entrance, it is a truly comfortable little house, perfect for a weekend get-away, women's gathering, or a family weekend outing. A completely furnished full kitchen, living room with cable TV, one bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower, and 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has queen bed and pull-out twin bed from a loveseat. This bedroom has French doors that lead to the backyard flower garden and goldfish/koi pond and massive 400 year-old live oak tree, which is lit with mercury vapor lights at night. The second bedroom has twin beds with armoire and desk. All living areas have wooden floors, ceiling fans & antiques. Laundry facilities available.
